FPAVAS is one of the European Union (EU) projects in the Philippines under the Food Facility for Rapid Response to the Soaring Food Prices in Developing Countries Program. CELPA, Inc. evaluated the implementation of the project in Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Misamis Occidental, Misamis Oriental, Occidental Mindoro, and Oriental Mindoro.
