EIA and EGGAR for the Construction of Gen. Nakar-Dingalan Road, General Nakar, Quezon Province

The proposed General Nakar-Dingalan road project had an approximate length of 96 kilometers, which covers two local government units (LGUs) and seventeen Barangays. The project falls under Category B, which is not classified as Environmentally Critical Projects (ECPs) but is likewise deemed to affect the quality of the environment significantly. According to the parameters of Proclamation No. 2146, an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) document is needed to secure an Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC).
