A project funded by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) to improve the man-made tourism assets of Mt. Palay-palay/ Mataas na Gulod Protected Landscape for the betterment of life of the people living in the area. It also aimed to promote the culture and products to establish a sustainable local industry.
